A board member moved to correct the minutes and to change the $1,000 financial impact figure to $10,000; after discussion the board approved the correction on a voice vote. Board members also asked clarifying questions about an annual service fee and whether that per‑review cost would apply to future large projects; staff said they would review the contract for details.
