Public works explained that Brightly tracks work orders for routine maintenance and resident requests such as tree trimming, pothole repairs and playground inspections. "This keeps track of all of our tasks at Public Works from routine, maintenance to, any resident requests such as tree trimming, pothole, repairs, playground inspections, and such," staff said. The vendor offered a 20% loyalty discount and staff reported Brightly remained the most cost‑effective option after a vendor review.
Trustee Selfridge moved and Trustee Amos seconded the motion; the board approved the extension by roll call.
