Finance staff added that after a recent IRS audit the village valued having an external vendor to handle tax reporting and that the switch could cut the estimated 24–32 staff hours spent every other week on payroll processing. Trustee Amos moved to approve the Paycom contract and Trustee Babiak seconded; a roll call vote approved the implementation.
