The board approved the consent agenda by roll call vote with unanimous support.
Officials framed the consent agenda as routine budgeted approvals tied to capital projects and routine maintenance. Mayor Clarence DeBold called for questions and, after none that altered the items, the board voted to approve the full consent list.
