Supervisor Michael Muhlebeck told the Board that "Employee handbooks will be ready for our next Board Meeting in July." He said the town is preparing updated handbook materials for Board review and possible adoption at that meeting.
Muhlebeck also reported that "The CSEA contract will be negotiated at a June 26th meeting." The minutes do not record substantive terms of the contract or any Board direction beyond scheduling the negotiation. Board members did not vote on handbook language or contract terms at the June 12 meeting.
The Board will revisit both items at future meetings once draft handbook language and negotiation outcomes are available for review.
