"Handbooks are always living, breathing documents that we modify anytime," the Superintendent told the board, noting the district expects to adjust athletic and student-policy language based on association and state guidance. The board had no substantive objections and approved the handbook and listed policies by voice vote.
Board policies presented for second reading included F101, F125, G325, H125, H150 and G220; a board member confirmed the district maintains a business manager and deputy treasurer positions. The approvals were procedural second readings; no amendments were recorded at the meeting.
The superintendent said staff will continue to monitor guidance and return policy edits to the board as needed.
