Staff said marketing and sign-up information will be posted on the mayor's page of the city website and that departments will coordinate outreach; the mayor congratulated staff for securing a high-ranking award in the program competition. The resolution passed with councilmember Lanier absent for part of the vote; staff will proceed to implement the pilot and begin outreach.
