At its regular meeting the Village of Four Seasons Board heard a financial update showing revenue and expense shifts and reviewed several capital projects.
Chair (Speaker 1) summarized the budget, saying total income was down about $942 compared with the walking budget and net income was down $18,029 compared with last year. She said capital budget dollars are being used for projects including a pavilion, tables, Villaside, Trillion Park and a pedestrian trail, and noted that capital funds are covering items after the office lot was no longer used.
"Total income is down $942 compared to walking budget," Chair (Speaker 1) said, and later described capital expenses of $19,445 and a net income decline of $18,029. The board discussed grantable projects and added items such as a business-license database to the year's spending plan.
Members asked follow-up questions about line-item variances and the schedule for projects; Chair said staff will monitor the figures and return with updates. No formal budget amendment or appropriation vote was taken at the meeting.
