Lynch said she called Culligan several times but did not receive reliable follow-up, so staff purchased the dispensers directly: “we just went and bought them ourselves and put them in,” she said. Board members discussed possible security improvements, including cameras and internet connectivity to help identify vehicles and tags, and small improvements to provide heated/cooled office areas for staff.
Members asked staff to explore options and return with a plan; Lynch also recommended fly-control measures and said staff will work with the chair and county office on potential site upgrades. The board did not authorize new capital spending at the meeting but directed staff to continue planning.
