Assistant Superintendent Chase presented subdivision and project updates for the commission on Aug. 6. He said Christian School submitted a letter of credit and will add a center turn lane at its entrance as part of a school expansion; Grove At Horn Springs remains active and Cedar Tree moved onto two‑year maintenance after completing required work.
"Christian School added a letter of credit. They're gonna do a little widening on, coast area there for their school...and they're gonna add a center return lane in front of their school at the entrances," Chase reported. He also updated the commission that East Division work is back open after resolving engineering issues, and that wing walls on the south side will be started so lane widening and turn lanes can proceed with minimal closure. Commissioners moved and approved the assistant superintendent's report by voice vote.
