Alicia Hauser (speaker 9), who earlier described the committee's purpose, said the committee will inventory town records, establish procedures for storage and disposal under RSA requirements and evaluate which records must remain in paper form. "Every town must have a record retention committee to help maintain what records how records should be stored, when records can be disposed of, and just the aspects of keeping things organized," Hauser told the board. The board appointed Alicia Hauser, Susan Stilwell, Janelle Brown (name corrected during the meeting), Kathy Orwitz and others to the committee.
