Shorewood adopts resolution honoring Sgt. Jason Henson’s 25 years of service

The Village of Shorewood Board adopted a resolution Oct. 14 honoring Sergeant Jason Henson for more than 25 years with the Shorewood Police Department. The resolution recounted Henson’s hiring in 1999, promotions, service on mutual-aid teams including ILEAS, involvement with the honor guard, and his promotion to sergeant in 2015, and the board resolved to record the resolution in village records and deliver a signed copy to Henson.
Moderator read the resolution text into the record and Trustee Chapman moved adoption, seconded by Trustee Luciano; the board approved the resolution by roll call. "The village of Shorewood has had the good fortune to have been served for over 25 years by police sergeant Jason Henson," the resolution states.
