Water Master Wendel Roberts reported that the boost pump project is running manually and automation remains to be installed; one well is currently sustaining storage tanks at roughly three-quarters speed. Council member Brian Smith said the park lawn water issue has been resolved and wood chips for the playground were scheduled for delivery.
Mayor Roberts summarized administrative priorities: "Prelim for 2026/2027 year to be reviewed in next meeting." He also said, "Pricing and research are still ongoing on the generator or generators," and that park fence work is complete with additional fill estimates pending. The town continues to evaluate siting a third well west of town near the tanks and hopes a defibrillator will be available for Welsh Days. Administration reported that hall Wi‑Fi was extended to provide library service and that estimates for security cameras have been requested.
