Rivers reported 94 registrants and estimated roughly 60% of participants are over 21. Board members raised concerns about locating a beer garden near the main road and asked the applicant to work with police and fire on layout and to ensure insurance names the town as additional insured and that servers are TIP‑trained. The board's vote approved the permit and license with the noted conditions.
