Fairfield Selectboard approves personnel-policy amendments, minutes and accounts payable warrants

The Selectboard approved amendments to the personnel policy as presented by Town Administrator Cathy Ainsworth. Ron Bocash moved to approve the amendments dated 04/13/26; Damian Branon seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board also moved to approve minutes from March 23 and March 26, 2026.
On accounts payable, David Persons questioned higher dumpster charges and small Microsoft fees after recent IT changes. Cathy Ainsworth said she would investigate whether the town has smaller dumpster options and explained Microsoft fees were partial service fees tied to the reconfiguration of the town's computer systems. David then moved to approve the warrants; Ron seconded and the board voted unanimously to approve them.
