Trustees authorize public bids for Cherokee pedestrian-path repairs

Trustees approved putting the Cherokee section out for bid and discussed phased work and less-expensive interim crack sealing on other path segments to reduce liability exposure. "We put it up for public bids," one trustee said after offering a motion; the board approved the motion by voice vote. Staff will prepare bid documents and consult with the POA and county about potential partner funding sources.
