Commissioners approve multiple Health & Human Services contracts totaling several hundred thousand dollars

The Yamhill County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved several Health & Human Services agreements and amendments during its Aug. 6 meeting.
The board approved a sole-source agreement with Oregon Family Support Network for family support services not to exceed $269,080.20, retroactive to July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Commissioners also approved amendment No. 5 to an agreement with Lutheran Community Services Northwest for school-based behavioral health services and parent coaching at $741,312 per year, retroactive to July 1, 2026.
The board then approved an agreement with the Willamina School District for behavioral health counseling during the 2026–27 school year not to exceed $83,351.79, and voted to submit an application to the Oregon Department of Veterans Services for $141,509 for the 2026–27 fiscal year. All motions passed by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
Commissioners did not engage in extended discussion on these items during the meeting, and each motion was moved and approved as presented. The contracts were presented as part of the consent/regular agenda and will be administered through the county Health & Human Services department.
