Manager outlines multi-year street rehab ramp, proposes shifting some work to DART GMP funds

He acknowledged operational capacity risks, noting, "I'm really interested to see how managing $1,000,000 of street repair per month is, how we're gonna... manage that."
Council members supported maintaining an aggressive rehab program but urged caution about staff capacity, contingency plans for weather or contractor availability, and the possibility of phasing the increase. The manager said he would provide updated ranges and capacity analysis as part of the next briefing.
