Bruce Heitkamp, Nobles County Administrator, reviewed the Nobles Home Initiative application for the property as part of the public hearing. The Board voted to open and then close the hearing before passing the resolution; the minutes record motions to open by Bob Paplow (seconded by Justin Ahlers) and to close by Gene Metz (seconded by Bob Paplow). The resolution was moved by Justin Ahlers and seconded by Bob Paplow and recorded as adopted in the official minutes.
