Town approves highway shop mechanical bid, septic design and interim loan to Highway

The approvals are limited to contracting for mechanical systems and septic design and to a short-term cash flow loan; the board did not authorize additional capital borrowing at this meeting. The town's CHIPS allotment for 2026 was reported as approved during the meeting, and the loan is to be repaid when those funds are received.
