The Borough of Paulsboro Land Use Board postponed consideration of the application for 1400 Swedesboro Avenue until its April 7 meeting after the applicant's attorney was reported ill, Solicitor John Alice said at the March 3 session.
John Alice said the applicant asked the board for a postponement and that, because the Borough Solicitor read the request into the meeting record, the application would not need to be readvertised nor would the borough need to mail new 200-foot notice letters. The board accepted the postponement as announced. The meeting was held at the Gill Memorial Library, 145 E. Broad Street.
