The agenda for that adjourned meeting will include review and acceptance of the City of Maricopa Financial Audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, and consideration of awarding a bid and authorizing the mayor and city clerk to execute documents for the Wastewater Treatment Plant fencing upgrade project.
Council Member Virgil Bell moved to schedule the Dec. 18 meeting, seconded by Dorine Horn; the motion carried with ayes recorded from Bell, Horn, Harris and Morse. The two substantive items were deferred to that adjourned meeting for staff presentation and final action.
