"I can pose that with our procurement department, 1st thing tomorrow morning, and see if that is a possibility," McCutcheon said. Based on the need for pricing and the tight procurement timeline, a board member moved to table the item indefinitely so staff can return with rate and procurement details; the motion passed with one abstention.
