Veteran urges board to add veterans to CARES-funded transit class

"I would ask as a veteran that you consider maybe adding the veterans as a class for veterans and family members," Spainhower said, arguing that households that do not meet poverty thresholds still struggle to access services. Board members thanked him and proceeded to regular agenda items.
