Town Manager Suzanne Harvey explained the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, a federally funded program administered through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and asked Council for direction to begin identifying potential projects for application. Council voted to begin the process; Johann R. Wallace moved, Christy Hirshberg seconded.
