The council on May 12 approved multiple personnel actions for the Paulsboro Police Department, including resolutions promoting Michael Monts and Ess Shade Adonis and extending conditional offers to Derek Stetser, Montrae Boone Jr., Obed Perez and Nicholas Pellegrini to become full‑time patrol officers. Chief Kille also reported an additional hire candidate, Michael Hamlyn, who is proposed to attend the police academy.
Council approved R.26.130 and related personnel resolutions by voice vote. Chief Kille additionally requested permission to start the promotional process for three sergeants; the council voted in favor of advancing the promotion process.
