Trustee Suffrage moved to approve the contract; Trustee Amos seconded. The board approved the motion on a roll-call vote. The presenter said the village evaluated three vendors — InfoBip, ACC (an AT&T subsidiary), and AirSpring — and chose AirSpring based on price and projected performance.
