The Shorewood Village Board approved its consent agenda on Aug. 26, which included acceptance of meeting minutes from Aug. 12 and several vendor payments tied to parks and water projects. Clerk announced the accounts-payable total as $467,784.15 and named specific payments to vendors for engineering, park construction, water transmission, and water-main replacement.
The clerk presented amounts to Cornwall Engineering Group ($12,271.25 for a short water-source transfer plan), Schwartz Construction ($128,390.97 for Rivers Edge Park Phase B), Per Tunnel Construction ($642,110.40 for the water transmission main), Conley Excavating and Construction ($634,250.55 for the 2025 Parkshore water-main replacement), and a $285,775 payment to the Grand Prairie Water Commission for January–July 2025 fees. Trustee Luciano moved to approve the consent agenda and Trustee Babiak seconded; the board took a roll-call vote and the motion carried. "Consent agenda has been approved," the clerk said.
