Councilmember Mike Braegger moved to approve the Wells Easement Agreement after staff and legal review; Councilmember Jacob Bodily seconded and the motion carried with Councilmember Jordan Hulsey abstaining because she had declared a conflict of interest at the meeting start. The council noted the easement agreement mirrors previous agreements with Granite.
The Council then considered the Wells Water Agreement, which exchanges the easement for 30 Equivalent Residential Units (ERUs) of water to be delivered at a future date. Councilmember Bodily moved to approve the Wells Water Agreement, Councilmember Braegger seconded, and the motion carried with Councilmember Hulsey again abstaining due to her conflict.
