Doug Clary (Chippewa County Zoning) explained the conditional-use petition from Adam & Grace Westaby to permit a one-chair salon in a single-family residence and said the owners had addressed concerns about sewer, access, and parking. "Mr. Clary explained the requested conditional-use petition to permit a one-chair salon in a singlefamily residence. The owners have addressed concerns with sewer, access, and parking as presented in the petition."
Commissioner Nancy Mauhar moved to approve the conditional-use petition as recommended; Commissioner James Stueber seconded and a voice vote carried. The approval was recorded at the Dec. 8, 2025 meeting; no conditions beyond those described in the petition were listed in the meeting record.
