"Perhaps the Board could look at the requests not granted and set a limit based on that," Trustee Paula Belobrajdic-Stewart said and suggested a lower amount such as $8,000. Trustee Jordan proposed using the general fund but acknowledged it would require a budget line and formal approval.
No formal motion was made at the Dec. 5 meeting; trustees agreed to consider the idea and fold it into future budget discussions.
