The board approved the CIS proposal for the Canopy Entrance Project and separately approved a three-year lease renewal with Elite Modular during the Oct. 9 meeting. Superintendent Bryan Easter shared photos of the new front-office entry; the board indicated a preference for option 2 during the facilities update.
Both items were adopted by recorded motions (Ayes 2). The approvals are recorded as New Business items and are part of the districts facilities-planning steps; staff will proceed with the contracted work and lease administration per routine procurement and lease-management procedures.
