At its Sept. 11 meeting the Maple Elementary School District Board of Trustees approved several financial and compliance items.
Trustees approved the August MIDA, MIDB & EOM payrolls totaling $227,736.18 (motion by Randy Bloemhof; second by Joel Ackerknecht; ayes: 3). The board also approved commercial warrant batches 4 and 5 for the 2025–26 school year totaling $151,594.82 (motion by Joel Ackerknecht; second by Tyler Rogers; ayes: 3).
Separately, the board approved the district’s Unaudited Actuals Financial Report for fiscal year 2024–25 and passed Resolution #25-0911 regarding the GANN limit (motions and votes recorded in the minutes with ayes: 3 for each item). These approvals were recorded as motions with named movers and seconders in the meeting minutes.
