John Campbell, the district's MOT (Maintenance, Operations and Transportation) director, told the board he was "proud" of staff efforts over the summer and summarized completed and ongoing projects: the lawn mower problem was resolved, sprinkler systems were adjusted, the floor in a relocated modular classroom was repaired, and campus doors were repainted.
Campbell also referenced preparations related to transportation and said he would inspect a prospective bus with Superintendent Bryan Easter. He credited Tommy Noble by name for stepping up to get work done over the break. The board did not take separate action on the facilities report, which was presented as an informational update.
