The motion to approve the check register was made by Trustee Hudson and seconded by Trustee Lehmann; roll call vote was unanimous and the motion carried.
The board also approved the Nov. 17, 2025 regular meeting minutes and approved all licenses presented on the agenda by voice votes. Department reports were received, including a written update from the Police Chief and a Public Works report from Sam Bautch on tank bladder options and furnace replacement quotes.
