The board recorded one contested vote later in the meeting when it approved Ordinance No. 25-04 amending Title IX, Chapter 90; that motion passed 5-1 with Trustee Anna Broadfoot opposed. The meeting closed after a motion to adjourn by Terrah Bevolo, seconded by Greg Adams. "A roll call vote was taken with a 6-0 result," the minutes record for several of the procedural items.
