Residents press town for medical monitoring and transparency after PFAS detections

Callers and commenters also asked the town to fund or distribute point-of-use reverse-osmosis filters for concerned households, to update the Q&A on the town website with criteria for emergency well activation and to clarify which production wells are currently in use and how blending or treatment alters raw water chemistry. Residents said transparency about well-service status, test results and notification procedures is needed in the near term.
