IT security improvements, ticketing rollout and maintenance updates reported to trustees

Riebli multipurpose room. Trustees asked about onboarding for new staff to ensure training on systems; Dr. Valenzuela said new‑hire orientation has been strengthened to include technology training.
No board action was taken; items were informational and staff will continue infrastructure and maintenance work.
