Council members promote local food distribution, parks and upcoming circus; remind residents about pet waste ordinance

Wallace summarized regional outreach: he mentioned the Skyline project expected to start in about 30 days, recent grant activity related to landfill equipment (GADA), a CDBG meeting on March 21 and Cochise College funding for AI education. He also noted state permitting requirements for moving ocotillo plants near a county project and local outreach efforts.
