McFarland Animal Shelter showcases 'Belle' as featured pet; adoption fees waived for the day

Shelter staff also told the council that “all adoption fees will be waived if she is adopted today” and encouraged residents to visit the shelter on Melcher Road to meet her. The presentation was part of a routine item meant to highlight animals available for adoption; no council action was required.
