On the variance for 2612 Martin Drive, Commissioner Mike Starsiak moved and Commissioner Andrew Johnson seconded a motion to table consideration until March 2, 2026 to allow the petitioner to supply additional north‑side panel output estimates and corrected structural documentation. The motion passed on a 5–0 vote with commissioners Bergloff, Fitzgerald, Johnson, Letzter and Starsiak voting in favor. No abstentions were recorded.
