Board approves multiple annual and interim pay raises across county departments

Commissioner Doug Marottek moved to approve annual pay raises for Road Department employees Charles Pribbernow and Jonah Riediger, Aging Services employee Evelyn Heckmun, Extension Services employee Mary Hauso, Dispatch employee Brittney Lash, Brockton Public Works employee Sam Boyd, and Library employee Sheila Dunn; the motions were seconded by Commissioner Gordon Oelkers and recorded as passed.
The board also approved pay actions for Detention Center employees Curtis Redeagle (annual raise) and Devlyn Oyates (six-month raise). The minutes record separate motions for each raise; all were moved by Commissioner Marottek, seconded by Commissioner Oelkers, and passed. "A motion was made by Commissioner Marottek to approve annual pay raise for Road Department employee Charles Pribernow, seconded by Commissioner Oelkers. Passed," the minutes state.
The raises were processed as personnel actions recorded in the minutes; the board did not attach dollar amounts in the minutes, and no budget amendment was recorded during the meetings.
