Council approves $119,119 repair to restore fourth pump at Royal Street underpass station

Public Works staff said having the fourth pump restored and spares available will reduce the city's need to rent bypass pumps and reduce the months-long lead time that otherwise delays repairs. Funds were identified from certificates of obligation and the administration recommended approval; the council voted to approve.
