Architect wins approval for stair relocation at 73 Catherine St.; second-floor porch continued

The commission approved the north-stair relocation citing Newport Standard 17 and related technical criteria, and continued the second-floor porch to the regularly scheduled meeting on May 13, 2025 so applicants can produce more detailed plans and, if useful, have a design-review site visit.
