Downtown merchant urges city action on sidewalk snow removal ahead of winter

She asked the council to "put it on the radar" and work on a plan before November so customers can safely access downtown businesses.
Council members acknowledged the concern; the comment was placed in the public record for staff follow‑up during public works planning.
