Staff recommended approval with standard TAC requirements covering ROW dedication along S 145th E Ave, detention and drainage review under IDP, and confirmation of easements for sanitary sewer lines.
Wallace Design Collective indicated agreement with staff recommendations; the commission approved the preliminary plat unanimously. TAC required that detention and drainage designs be reviewed under IDP and that floodplain be contained in appropriate easements where applicable before final plat approval.
