McSwain Board adopts 2026–27 LCAP to guide student achievement and climate goals

The McSwain Board of Trustees voted unanimously to approve the District’s 2026–2027 Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). Superintendent Kamaljit Pannu presented the plan components, which included the Budget Overview for Parents, the Annual Update, and Local Indicators. Trustee Halpin expressed appreciation for the LCAP development work; the board moved and passed the item 5-0.
