She told the Board an Unmodified opinion is the highest rating, "a clean opinion and in conformity with accounting principles," and commended Fiscal Services staff, including Fiscal Services Director Sema Albadrani, for the result.
Member Dustin Burns moved acceptance of the audit and the Board voted 5‑0 to ratify the report. The acceptance confirms the district's audited financial statements for 2023‑24 received the highest available opinion from auditors.
