Staff said the next steps include soliciting proposals for sewer and storm work and completing plan reviews required before any construction authorization.
Board members discussed the need for a special meeting to sign agreements if necessary and agreed to begin a solicitation process for local contractors to ensure timely completion. The board emphasized following required permitting and DPA permissions before on-site work begins.
