The appendix describes level-based service packages (Level I basic administration, Level II with meeting-notice handling, Level III with ordinance drafting and meeting attendance) and lists an annual fee of $6,500 (Level I $4,000; Code enforcement or other add-ons itemized). The agreement term runs through Sept. 30, 2027 and may be terminated on 90 days' notice.
Committee members recommended approval and instructed staff to proceed with contract execution; the motion carried unanimously as recorded in the minutes. The packet (Appendix E) provides details on services, optional a la carte fees, and indemnification language.
